High-Performance DC Fans
Orion Fans’ DC fans are designed to achieve higher airflow in a small fan size
Orion Fans’ high-performance 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V DC fans are designed to achieve higher airflow in a smaller frame size. They are the perfect solution when cooling requirements increase but the design footprint cannot.
Denoted with either an XE, XC, or XJ, Orion Fans’ higher speeds and different blade geometry provide higher airflow performance (CFM) compared to standard models. These fans do carry greater power requirements as well as a higher noise compared to standard model fans. These are available in frame sizes from 40 mm to 172 mm.
Orion Fans also offers vane axial fans that are denoted with either a VXC or VXE. These fans provide the highest airflow and highest static pressure in a single fan solution compared with standard fan models. They feature a vane axial frame design which offers motor strut vanes that are curved to prevent backflow and turbulence, while providing greater stability to the motor for high RPM operation. These offer the best performance over standard fan designs. These are available in 60 mm to 120 mm frame sizes.
