ADMX2001B

The ADMX2001B is a high-performance precision impedance analyzer module that delivers laboratory-grade measurements in an ultra-compact 1.5" × 2.5" System-on-Module (SOM) form factor. It supports DC resistance measurements and impedance analysis from 0.2 Hz to 10 MHz, enabling characterization of a wide range of components and sensors. Dual 18-bit acquisition channels provide high-resolution measurement accuracy, while operation from a single 3.3 V supply simplifies system integration. Flexible UART and SPI interfaces allow easy connection to embedded platforms, and built-in processing supports 18 display modes in SI units, eliminating the need for complex host-side calculations and accelerating test system development.
