Detailed Description | The ADMX7103-EBZ is a complete 6G FR3 radio front-end evaluation platform designed for signal generation, spectrum analysis, and next-generation wireless development from 6 GHz to 18 GHz. Supporting both transmit and receive paths with up to 4 GHz instantaneous bandwidth, it enables evaluation of 5G and emerging 6G architectures in a single platform. Key differentiators include high dynamic range, EVM better than -50 dB, 27 dBm TX output power, 3.5 dB RX noise figure at 12 GHz, programmable SPI control, tunable filters for spur rejection, and integrated LO nulling for improved signal purity. Dedicated LO paths support both TDD and FDD operation, while onboard temperature sensing enables calibration and performance optimization. |
