Detailed Description | The Nitrogen93 SMARC is powered by the i.MX 93 with dual Cortex-A55 cores up to 1.7 GHz and a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 for real-time control. It integrates the Ethos-U65 microNPU for efficient, cost-effective ML and supports low-power wake-word detection. The Sona IF573 adds pre-certified tri-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 with three MHF4 antenna connectors. Connectivity includes USB 2.0, SDIO 3.01, dual GbE with AVB/IEEE 1588, and dual CAN-FD. Multimedia features include MIPI-CSI for 1080p60 and MIPI-DSI/LVDS display options. Security is anchored by NXP EdgeLock®. This model includes 1 GB LPDDR4 and 16 GB eMMC. |
