TPL8031Q Series 42 V, 300 mA LDO Linear Regulators from 3PEAK PIO | DigiKey

3PEAK's TPL8031Q series delivers 42 V automotive-grade LDO regulation with ultra-low 3 µA quiescent current for always-on, battery-connected systems. The 3PEAK TPL8031Q is a low-dropout linear regulator built for automotive power rails. It operates across a 3 V to 42 V input range with 45 V transient tolerance, so it keeps running through cold-crank and start-stop events. Fixed 3.3 V or 5 V outputs hold ±2.5% accuracy at up to 300 mA, and a typical quiescent current of just 3 µA limits battery drain in always-on designs. Built-in overcurrent and overtemperature protection add reliability for ECUs, domain controllers, body control modules, and CAN/LIN transceiver power. The regulator remains stable across a wide range of output capacitors, easing board-level design. The TPL8031Q series supports a wide range of output capacitors from 1 μF to 200 μF with an ESR range from 0.001 Ω to 10 Ω.
