Silicon Labs' xGM270S family packs Bluetooth LE and Zigbee connectivity with an Arm Cortex-M33 MCU into a certified SiP module. The Explorer Kit and Radio Board provide rapid prototyping capabilities with debugging and expansion capabilities. The Silicon Labs xGM270S family combines multiprotocol wireless connectivity, integrated processing, and RF performance into compact system-in-package modules for 2.4 GHz IoT designs. Modules pair an Arm Cortex-M33 MCU with Bluetooth LE and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee, Thread) connectivity in a fully certified design that reduces RF layout work and regulatory effort. The modules operate in the 2.4 GHz ISM band with up to +6.5 dBm transmit power, run the Cortex M33 core at up to 76.8 MHz with 768 kB of flash and 64 kB of RAM, and support up to 26 GPIOs. The XGM270S-EK2715A Explorer Kit and XGM270S-RB4356A radio board provide a direct path from evaluation to production hardware, supported by Simplicity Studio and the Gecko SDK.
