STM32V8 high-performance microcontrollers (MCUs) from STMicroelectronics combine advanced 18 nm FD-SOI and phase-change memory (PCM) technology with a powerful 800 MHz Arm®Cortex®-M85 core, delivering up to 6x faster machine learning and digital signal processing (DSP) than previous product generations. This product enables users to design rich applications with large embedded memory and excellent power efficiency while targeting RED and CRA compliance to enable secure real-time processing and edge AI capabilities.
