Ezurio's Carbon AM62 OSM-MF System-on-Module delivers scalable TI AM625/AM623 processing in a compact 45 mm x 30 mm SOM for industrial and medical designs. The Ezurio Carbon AM62 is a System-on-Module built on Texas Instruments AM625 and AM623 processors, combining a 1.4 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 MPU with Cortex-M4F and Cortex-R5F cores for real-time control. Its compact 45 mm x 30 mm footprint supports a single carrier design across multiple processor, memory, and wireless configurations. The module supports up to two displays via LVDS or RGB at resolutions up to 3840 x 1080, plus a 4-lane MIPI-CSI-2 camera interface. Optional Sona TI351 wireless adds Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4 connectivity. Ezurio's EZ BSP layers built-in device security and long-term software lifecycle support onto an open-source Linux foundation, closing gaps left by standard silicon-vendor BSPs. The Carbon AM62 targets commercial, industrial, and medical embedded designs. Evaluation kits are available for fast prototyping and rapid development.
